Craft shows?? Or we have a craft mall in our area that sells handmade stuff. Good luck!

I make jewelry, which I think is very nice and reasonably priced. Yet no one buys it….

Yes. In my area, very popular. I live in a smaller community, and there are numerous bead shops around. I make my own for me, and as gifts, I do not sell yet.
I go to the department stores and see what they are selling, and keep an eye out to see if I can buy similar. I buy the latest clothes and colors, so my jewely colors and style should match that.
So what kind of a venue are you selling from? Online, craft show, friends and relatives?
One of my friends watches the local community group yard sales. For around ten buck, you can get a table, the person running the sale does the advertisement. Sometimes they are even indoors.
My other friend scouts yard sales for old costume jewelry, she cuts it apart, and restrings it in an updated style. One of the necklaces looks just like the one I saw at Famous-Barr. She gets the stuff for a buck or less, it takes a little wire and maybe a new clasp to redo it. Cheap, and a cute idea.

Hi, well, I've been selling this kind of necklaces, at a local store (beauty salon), and they sell kinda slow, but they sell well, but now I want to sell them online maybe on e-bay, and for now I'm just promoting a few on local classifieds, but I'm so unsure about the prices, because my dad and bf price them so low, and my mom and other girl friends say that they are woth more than that. So I kinda did a research and well It says that I have to ask other people that is not my family their honest opinion, so here are the links to some of the pics of my jewelry…Some neacklaces have real handcrafted crystal beads. So I'll appreciate all of your opinions. Thank You.

These are beautiful!!! I LOVE the third one…put it up and ebay and post the item number!
I would put them up at $14.99 and see how high it goes. What are you selling them for now at the beauty salon? Ebay does not bring a lot for homecrafted jewelry, but you could try. These things sell well at events that have seller booths and at art and crafts fair.
They are very very nice and I hope you do well selling them!

I am thinking of selling some of the crafts that I do on Ebay.
(Beaded jewelry, greeting cards (handmade) and things with polymer clay like magnets and little figures.)
I was just curious how well those types of things sold…

well it depends on what they are , how you present them, and the cost.. this being collage football sure things of that nature would sell …. you can sell anything to anyone if presented right . even stuff they don't need just cause it is cute , or has there Passion on it , like football, music group, animal,,there own picture or grad kids picture on it ..

i produce and source exotic fashion accesories like beads, bracelets, necklaces, african artworks, sculptures, etc.and am hoping to expand my clientele but i have very limited knowledge of how to use this medium as it was recomended to me by my friend.

I'd start by putting a few items for auction on e-Bay. There are some beautiful handmade beads and items for sale there. I don't think it is too hard to create an account there.
